In between painting furniture, I like to challenge myself and take a plain mannequin, this one was a grey & white striped mannequin and I thought it needed some glamour. I took it from drab to FAB and turned it into a statement showpiece..
This is the 2nd one I’ve done, the 1st one was based on “birds of paradise” theme…. This one has taken me a long time to do and it’s based a Steam Punk theme. I used the gorgeous transfer Inked Flash by CeCe Restyled, theme. The body was painted in several colours using a ombré method, then I added the beautiful theme, finished off with hand painting. I added some gold leaf, left it to cure and then varnished for durability. It’s will be available for purchase very soon on my website. Colours tuscan orange midnight blue/ liberty blue and Renfrew blue for the ombré and about 20 other colours for all the free hand painting. Lastly its varnished with a high quality durable varnish.
Delivery within 80 miles of GL54 is FOC, any further in the UK, Scotland and Wales would be calculated as a additional cost.
