Vintage Bow Fronted Chest of Drawers

This extra large beautiful bow fronted chest of drawers were lovingly restored. On the front I added a beautiful Decoupage Tissue Paper. As it hardly covered all the drawers, I had to make the picture appear seamless. This was done by using blending techniques. On the sides I created an ombre effect, going from dark to light.

I added a 3D effect using Icing paste through a stencil, to create a beautiful 3D design. I also added several moulds made out of air dry clay. The whole unit was varnished in a high quality polyvine varnish
