Purple & Green Exotic Birds Gin/ Drinks Cabinet

121.5 cm Height, 50.5cm Wide, 30.5cm Depth

This beautiful unique drinks / display cabinet has been lovingly restored and turned into a very chic modern piece which would make heads turn and it is most definitely a showpiece.

In the photos I have displayed it with 2 glass shelves. I have also added a light which just sets off all the amazing colours inside the cabinet. The light is on a very long cord and plug (wall).

The cabinet was completely stripped back of old dark varnish (as shown in Before photo) and sanded before painting in the glorious silky smooth Fusion Mineral Paint.

Colours used are Twilight Geranium, dark purple (Outside) and Constance Moss Green on the inside with a little gold detail.

The interior has been decorated with a beautiful colourful exotic bird wallpaper, varnished for extra durability.

A little decorative escutcheon was added to this piece to showcase the beautiful design and colours with a lilac tassel for the key.

The elegant Queen Anne legs have been painted and highlighted with green and makes this little cabinet stand tall and elegant, its very unique.

This is a beautifully finished piece of furniture, that is not new, so naturally there may be a few signs of it’s previous life. I do however, repair and restore any structural damage. Predominately antique pieces of furniture are beautifully crafted and are structurally built extremely well. So once it has received some TLC, it is very likely to outlive all new modern furniture. I absolutely love how this has turned out!
